Holey moley! Smith's is going to double coupons from Sunday, May 16 to Tuesday, May 18! Here's how it's going to work:
All Manufacture coupons under $1 will be taken as $1. For example, $0.25, $0.50, and $0.75 manufacturers coupons will all equal $1! Manufacturer coupons of $1 or more will be taken at face value.
